Order Pick-Up Policy

To help us provide the best service and manage storage space, please review our pick-up policy:

​

• We kindly ask that all completed orders be picked up within 14 days of notification.

​

• Garments not picked up within 14 days of the completion notification may no longer be eligible for complimentary adjustments, as changes in fit or measurements may occur over time.

​

• If you are unable to pick up your order within this time, please contact us so we can make arrangements.

​

• Orders left unclaimed for more than 30 days without communication may be subject to a $10 per month storage fee.

​

• Orders left unclaimed for 90 days after notification, with no response despite reasonable attempts to contact the customer, may be considered abandoned. Tailoring Studio & Alterations reserves the right to donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned garments without compensation.

​

• Local delivery is available upon request for $25 within a 10-mile radius of our shop, subject to scheduling and availability.
